Madeline Santos Steve’s Hallmark is great place to shop. Roslyn the manager of the Elk Grove store, gives a person great customer service. She always helps me out with my ordering especially when I have problems trying to order on-line, since I am handicapped and no longer can come to the store. I think it is great that you don’t have to pay postage on your Hallmark ornament orders. I recommend to all my friends to shop there because all the employees are very nice and helpful.
