Refund policy

Returns

We are sorry that you have to make a return. Before selling to our in-store customers or shipping online orders, we do open most items to check for defects to ensure your satisfaction.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Sorry, these items are not returnable:
- Seasonal items after the holiday
- Jewelry
- Stuffed plush animals
- Discounted sale items or special price items
 

Please email contact@steveshallmark.com to obtain a return authorization number.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed to the original method of payment.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your original payment amount.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method to make the return.
