I had found this item at my local Hallmark but it was missing the battery pack. I went online to the name on the product and was directed to Steve’s Hallmark in CA. I ordered which was so very easy and my item, the multicolored heated scarf, was on its way! It got here in just a few days and was intact.
I gave these to 2 of my friends who are always cold and they love them!
