Great Design, Poor Sound Quality

Nice design, and love that Kristoff has his own ornament. The look and feel of the ornament are very nice, but the sound quality is terrible. The volume is way too loud for the speaker, so the sound is a bit distorted. The audio does not add any value to the ornament because it sounds so bad. Wish there was better quality control around the sound. Otherwise, it is a nice ornament.
