Not happy

I'm really sorry to have to write this but I'm very disappointed in our turtle fountain. We've had it a week and it's been turned on, at most, for 6 hours total. I'll try switching out the batteries but honestly if new batteries are necessary for such a short period of time used this becomes a very expensive little - but cute- fountain. I will say shipping and delivery was great!
