went for pick up at the oakridge location & had a fast and easy pick up while also getting great customer service! was happy to get my halloween sanrio squish trio :) <3

I never received an email saying the item was ready, instead I got a phone call. When picking up I was told I had to pay when I already paid for the item online. Isn’t that what order pick up is ? You PAY online and pick up in store

I ordered the cutest squishy plush pumpkins. They are perfect for my next Boo Box. The online ordering was easy. The staff was familiar with my order right away and made pickup quick so I could go about my day .
