My favorite store

The people at the store, always nice and great, and the product was as expected

Ordered an ornament for a christmas present for in store pick up and never received it. No communication that it had been shipped or arrived. When calling the store, they were unwilling to help me to see if it had been received as they "were too busy". Still no communication 14 days later.

I was notified that the pkg was at the store when I got there it wasn’t and the clerk looked annoyed and repeated the same words twine “we’ll call you when it arrives” like I was stupid. Well then weeks passed and they never called. So I called and it was as there. Then when I picked it up there was a note saying they’d called purchaser. I never received a call. Won’t be doing this again. I’m glad I remembered I’d ordered something!

This was a keepsake ornament so that kinda speaks for itself! What was really nice is the item ws still there as I was late picking it up!
