Shipping Postage

My item was shipped for me since I couldn’t make it into the store. It was free, fast and easy!

My regular Steve’s Hallmark in Benicia, CA closed a few months ago after 25 yrs in business at that location. There are 100’s of valued customers who were very upset! I am not over stating this number. One of my main concerns was where would go for my 2026 Ornament Dream Book purchases. I was surprised and very pleased when I got a call from Steve’s Hallmark in Concord, CA in Sunvalley mall. They immediately sent the new Dream Book to me, with detailed instructions as to how I could order my ornaments. I emailed my order in. I was having some problems with my computer so included a note asking the store to confirm receipt. I immediately received a personalized email back confirming receipt. I simply can’t say enough about their customer service. After they sent the dream book to me, the store sent me reminders to me to place my order. After order recd by Steve’s Hallmark, they followed up reminding me when it would be time to pick it up. They even followed up on those reminders. Finally I asked if there was a way I could have my order mailed to me, I’d pay the shipping fee. I told shipping would be free. I recd my order in only a couple days
I know this is a long review, but this Hallmark is worth every bit of praise. I wished there was some to let Hallmark Corporate how outstanding Steve’ s Hallmark in Concord, CA at Sun Valley mall

Steve’s Hallmark has always been my go to Hallmark store. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I phoned an order to the store and the items were in stock and they promised to mail them to me free of charge. Sure enough, I couldn’t believe it but within the week the items arrived at my home in perfect condition!
